Production Intern for Rollin’ With Olan (Navigating Hollywood with Jeff Olan)
Hosted by Casting Director and filmmaker Jeff Olan, Rollin’ With Olan delivers unique stories and deep conversations about the past, present and future of Hollywood. It’s an inclusive show for everyone with a stake in the entertainment industry.
Rollin’ With Olan is a five-star podcast on Apple Podcasts and Spotify with 30+ episodes released since its August 15, 2024 premiere that recently also launched with video on YouTube. Past guests include Hollywood Royalty Sally Kirkland, legendary 1st Assistant Director Marty Eli Schwartz and a slew of other unique success stories.
The Opportunity
We are looking for someone to help with all aspects of producing the podcast. The recording is done mostly remotely via Riverside online studio. This is an awesome opportunity for anyone looking to get hands-on experience with how shows are put together for Spotify and YouTube.
As a Production Intern for Rollin’ With Olan, you will:
- Work directly with the host on show prep
- Coordinate with guests in advance of recordings
- Participate remotely during recordings to ensure quality
- Oversee post production, including coordination with editors
- Direct the creation of clips for each episode for max distribution
- Write show notes for each episode with appropriate details and links
- Upload episodes to Buzzsprout (podcast hosting platform) and YouTube
